Unlocking the Secrets of Sakura Trees and Blooms in Genshin Impact

Traveler, let’s discuss Sakura – not the anime character, but the lovely trees in Inazuma. If you’re searching for Sakura Blooms on Narukami Island, this guide is for you. It’s like an adventurer sharing tips over Dandelion Wine.

Sakura Tree and Bloom Hotspots: Your Treasure Map

Let’s find these beautiful Sakura trees and blooms. You need a map for treasure hunting, right? Here’s your treasure map for Inazuma Sakura.

General Locations to Begin Your Search

Sakura Blooms are scattered across Narukami Island, but for efficient spotting, visit the Grand Narukami Shrine. It’s the heart of Sakura Blooms. If you’re adventurous, also check out the five Thunder Sakura trees on Kannazuka island. They are essential for quests and resources.

Specific Sakura Tree Locations: Pinpointing the Big Ones

The Sacred Sakura Tree? It’s on Mt. Yougou at the Grand Narukami Shrine. You can’t miss it unless you’re distracted by Hilichurls. For the five Thunder Sakura trees, head to the Kujou Encampment. Follow the western shoreline to Tatarasuna’s northern tip, and you’ll find three easily.

Sakura Bloom Locations (Collectible): The Petal Hunt

Now for the collectible Sakura Blooms. In Inazuma City, find the big tree in the center. Some blooms are right under it. Next, go to the waypoint. Spot the kid? There’s another bloom in front of them. Keep moving, and you’ll find more blooms on your trail.

Sakura Bloom Mechanics: Taming the Petals

You’ve found the glowing petals. But you can’t just grab them. This is Genshin Impact. Picking flowers involves a puzzle element to decode the mechanics.

How to Snag Those Elusive Blooms

Sakura Blooms only show when you give them Electro energy. They need a jolt to wake up. You can zap them with any Electro attack from characters like Lisa or Fischl. Or carry an Electrograna near them to collect blooms with electro magic. Just walk up and scoop them up.

Respawn Rate: Patience is a Virtue (Sometimes)

Cleared a Sakura Bloom hotspot? What now? They don’t respawn quickly. Sakura Blooms take 48 hours to reappear after picking them. If farming, explore Teyvat or tackle quests during that wait. Use that time wisely.

The Sacred Sakura Tree: More Than Just a Pretty Face

Now let’s discuss the Sacred Sakura Tree. This tree plays a crucial role in Inazuma’s story and gameplay.

Unlocking the Sacred Sakura’s Favor: Gaining Access

Want access to the Sacred Sakura? First, reach Adventure Rank 30. If not there, complete chests and quests until you are. Next, finish the “Ritou Escape Plan” quest from the Inazuma Archon Questline to visit this sought-after tree.

Location, Location, Location: Finding the Divine Tree

The Sacred Sakura sits atop Mt. Yougou at the Grand Narukami Shrine. If you’ve unlocked the waypoint, teleport there. It’s an easy climb, and you’ll see this majestic tree glowing brightly. It’s hard to miss.

Function: Purifying Inazuma and Granting Favors

The Sacred Sakura doesn’t just look good; it purifies Inazuma’s Ley Lines from Abyssal corruption. Players can offer Electro Sigils to increase Favor levels, allowing access to rewards over time.

Upgrading the Sacred Sakura: Feeding the Tree

Level up the Sacred Sakura by feeding it Electro Sigils. Each level requires 25 Electro Sigils for a total of 50 levels. Collect 1,250 Electro Sigils in total by exploring and opening chests in Inazuma.

Rewards from the Amrita Pool: The Tree’s Bounty

Leveling up unlocks Amrita Pools where rewards are stored. Offer “plumes of Purity” for “Gifts of Amrita.” By turning in 36 plumes, get all gifts, including Primogems, Mora, Hero’s Wit, and character ascension materials.

Sakura Arborism Quest: A Tree-Hugging Adventure

Now, let’s embark on a quest focusing on Sakura trees! The “Sakura Arborism” World Quest will have you finding trees while solving some puzzles.

Starting the Quest: Meeting Miyuki

Start this adventure by finding NPC Miyuki around the Grand Narukami Shrine. Look for the blue exclamation mark indicating a World Quest. She’s ready to enlist your help with Thunder Sakura trees.

Steps: Hunting Down the Thunder Sakura

Miyuki will task you with investigating five Thunder Sakura trees acting strangely due to Treasure Hoarders’ antics. Your mission is to locate these trees across Inazuma.

These five Thunder Sakura exist with the Treasure Hoarder troublemakers. The quest states general locations. You will find them north and south of Kujou Encampment. They appear northwest of the Statue of the Seven at Tatarasuna too. You must visit each Thunder Sakura. This involves some fights and puzzles.

Sakura Wood: Building with Blossoms

Surprisingly, Sakura trees have more uses than quests. They yield Sakura Wood. This resource is essential if you enjoy crafting furniture. It is perfect for decorating your Serenitea Pot.

Locations: Where to Chop Chop Chop

Recall the locations for the Sakura Arborism quest? North of Kujou Encampment and Tatarasuna spots are great for Sakura Wood. Wherever you find Thunder Sakura trees, you can find your wood. Just grab your axe and start chopping. The trees will provide generous amounts of wood. But please don’t chop the Sacred Sakura; that might annoy some deities.

Related Characters: Meet the Sakura Folk

Let’s briefly discuss characters tied to Sakura trees in Genshin Impact.

Miyuki: The Sakura Arborism Guide

Miyuki is the NPC who begins the Sakura Arborism World Quest. She is your resource for all matters of Thunder Sakura and Treasure Hoarders. To start the quest, find Miyuki. She will guide you on your journey.

Raiden Ei (Raiden Shogun): The Electro Archon and Sakura’s Protector

We must mention the Electro Archon, Raiden Ei, when discussing Sakura trees in Inazuma. She connects deeply to the lore of Inazuma and the Sacred Sakura Tree. The Sacred Sakura embodies Raiden Ei’s essence and her protection of Inazuma. So ire each Sakura tree. It is more than just a beautiful sight.

This is your guide to Sakura Trees and their Blooms in Genshin Impact. From finding to farming, from quests to characters, you now have the essential knowledge to be a Sakura expert in Teyvat. Go explore Inazuma, gather blooms, chop wood responsibly, and enjoy your journey filled with pink petals!
